These terms explain the rules for using Vantage and the basis on which we offer it. Please read them — by using Vantage, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Aeterna Systems LLC, the operator of Vantage. By accessing or using the Vantage website or chat concierge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy & Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

Vantage is operated by Aeterna Systems LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. You can contact us at hello@vantageecosystem.com.

3. What Vantage is — and is not

Vantage is an AI-powered travel concierge: an automated assistant that helps you explore travel ideas, curated experiences, and membership-based travel options, and that can point you to third-party providers where you can act on them.

Vantage is not: a travel agency or tour operator; the official website of any travel-membership provider; a provider of professional, legal, financial, or tax advice; or a party to any contract you may enter into with a third-party provider. Vantage helps you find and think about options — it does not sell travel, take bookings, or take payment on this website.

4. The AI nature of the service

You are interacting with software, not a human. The concierge generates responses automatically. While we work to make it helpful and honest, automated responses can be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, and may not fit your particular circumstances.

You should treat the Service as a starting point and independently verify any important detail — such as prices, dates, availability, terms, inclusions, travel requirements, or entry rules — directly with the relevant provider before you rely on it or make any commitment. Nothing the concierge says is professional travel, legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.

5. Our affiliate relationship

Vantage is operated by an independent affiliate of the travel-membership provider it features. This means:

• We are not the provider, and we are not acting on the provider's behalf or as its official representative.
• If you choose to start a membership or buy a service through a link we provide, you do so directly with that provider, under the provider's own terms and conditions and privacy policy.
• We may earn a commission if you sign up or purchase through our links, at no extra cost to you.
• The provider's own membership terms, pricing, and policies govern that relationship. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the provider's products, services, or conduct.

6. No guarantee of prices, savings, or availability

Any prices, discounts, savings, experiences, dates, or availability mentioned by the Service are illustrative and may change at any time, are set and controlled by the relevant third-party provider, and are not promises or guarantees by us. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular saving, secure any particular trip, or obtain any particular result. Always confirm the current, binding details directly with the provider.

7. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems;
• use automated means to scrape, copy, or harvest content or data, except as expressly permitted;
• misuse the chat to submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis, or to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
• misrepresent the Service, including presenting it as the official site of a provider or as human advice.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

8. Intellectual property

The Vantage name, the content, design, text, and layout of this website, and the concierge experience are owned by or licensed to Aeterna Systems LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of it commercially without our prior written permission. Trademarks and brand names of third-party providers belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party services & links

The Service links to third-party websites and services that we do not control, including those of the travel-membership provider. We provide these links for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, terms, or privacy practices of any third party, and your dealings with them are solely between you and that third party.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the Service, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that its content will be accurate, complete, or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeterna Systems LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, or your reliance on any information it provides. In particular, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any third-party provider you choose to deal with.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for using the Service (which is currently nothing), or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeterna Systems LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country where you live. Where required by such laws, the courts of your place of residence may have jurisdiction.
